What to put in it

Four lines is plenty. Nobody needs a brief.

  • What the business does, and roughly how many of you there are.
  • What made you start looking. A referral that didn't call back, a customer who couldn't find you, a form that has been broken for months.
  • Which package you are thinking about, or that you are not sure yet. Not being sure is the normal answer.
  • A link to whatever you have now, even if you would rather not send it. Especially then.

If you would rather ring, do that. There is no script and nothing to work out first: every price and turnaround is on the pricing page already. The reply you get back is a time we can talk it through properly.
